Job Description
The Global Integrated Campaign (GIC) function drives marketing at scale for ServiceNow by developing the strategy, plan, localization and delivery of globally consistent campaigns that drive awareness for our brand and our solutions and generate pipeline.
We are seeking a marketing enablement expert with cross-functional collaboration skills to join the team.
Marketing at ServiceNow is embarking on a transformation journey on our path to $15B. This role is designed to support that strategy as we do marketing at scale. This means defining a comprehensive and ongoing stakeholder enablement plan as we launch global integrated campaigns, ensuring successful activation in the market. You’ll design and drive integrated enablement strategies, partnering with the GIC Office, Communications, and Marketing Enablement teams to drive clear understanding of what GIC is, how to engage, and how to activate global integrated campaigns to help drive revenue across the global solutions framework. In addition, this role will drive and implement the enablement for key transformation initiatives driven by GIC. You will be a key partner in helping the ServiceNow Marketing organization move along on its transformation journey.
The right candidate will have a proven record of the ability to lead by influence using clear, consistent communications and cross team collaboration across various levels in an organization including senior leadership.

WORK PERSONAS
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
REQUIRED IN OFFICE
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
FLEXIBLE
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
REMOTE
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
