    Job Description

    As an integral member of ServiceNow’s Global Sales Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager – sales coaching programs is responsible for developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople across the entire sales journey. This is a highly collaborative role that involves working with key stakeholders in Sales and Sales Leadership, as well as across the various Enablement Teams. The role is focused on elevating sales performance by delivering methodology training and coaching salespeople.  

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    The Sales Enablement Manager – sales coaching programs will be responsible for developing and deploying sales enablement programs and initiatives, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, considerable experience in coaching and/or training sellers, and sales enablement experience. Global experience is preferred as the role encompasses coaching salespeople across the globe with a diverse customer base. We're looking for a top-notch team player with experience in the design and delivery of highly effective sales enablement programs that focus on improving sales effectiveness, sales productivity, and overall sales results.  

     RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

    • Delivery and development of high-impact Enablement Programs to improve sales capability and drive a culture of sales expertise 

    • Support the continuing implementation of the ServiceNow Sales Methodology by delivering virtual and in person classroom training as well as providing opportunity/account reviews and coaching  

    • Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop enablement for multiple platforms (eLearning, vILT, etc.), and work with the Instructional Design team to develop the enablement, the communications team to develop and execute a communications plan; manage key stakeholders throughout the process, including regional Enablement Leads; deliver the enablement (at times pre-recorded, other times live facilitation); and more 

    • Become the SME to help lead the development of visually appealing, high impact and high-quality sales methodology training content across a range of modalities (e-Learning, instructor-led training, simulations, job aides, proficiency testing etc.) 

    • Analyze the effectiveness of the training plan against stated learning objectives and modify as needed to address opportunities for improvement across the core sales roles 

    • Work with the global enablement organization to analyze and report on key training metrics including class surveys, costs, registration to attendance ratios, attendance to survey completion ratios, etc. 

    • Deliver training and train the trainer programs virtually to a global audience 

    • Develop presentations and present concepts, strategies, and ideas for enablement plans to Senior Executives and stakeholders globally

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:  

    _Travel is a pre-requisite and may account for up to 30% of your time. _

    This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of field salespeople. A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of enablement initiatives is a must.  This person can work in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about sales and enabling others. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.  

    • 3+ years’ experience in sales, sales leadership, and/or enablement as a sales coach and/or sales methodology programs preferably in the SaaS space with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing and delivering sales enablement programs  

    • Experience in high-tech and software industries preferred  

    • Training and facilitation capability to stand in front of a room of seasoned salespeople and train them with credibility 

    • Strong ability to identify sales team and leadership needs and translate them into effective programs that engage the field and drive improved sales performance 

    • Experience training or using CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce)  

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, problem solving, analytical, presentation abilities, and strong business acumen
