    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE: 

    · Manage the intake and tracking of outreach to our global Speak Up channels, and prepare related quarterly presentations to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.  

    · Conduct a broad range of global investigations related to potential violations of company policy and/or law.    

    · Conduct periodic trend and hot spot analysis on the Speak Up program.   

    · Drive the continued development of a best-in-class Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) program, including developing and launching enhancements in events and entertainment practices, T&E processes, and government sales considerations.   

    · Leverage data and analytics for ABAC KPIs and KRIs, and advise on programmatic enhancements.  

    · Develop and launch tailored micro-burst trainings to target key ABAC issues.    

    ·  Maintain and update the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Whistleblower & Complaint (Speak Up) Policy.  

    ·  Monitor changes in compliance-related laws, regulations, and government enforcement initiatives.  

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS: 

    · Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 

    · 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company.  

    · Experience conducting global investigations and advising on compliance matters for U.S.-based companies.   

    · Experience representing public companies in response to government investigations and inquiries.  

    · Experience developing and managing ABAC programs, including developing policies, procedures, and training materials.  

    · Experience with SaaS and channel sales partners. 

    · Experience conducting electronic reviews using e-discovery platforms.  

    · Ability to understand complex issues, assess risk, and provide concise legal advice.  

    · Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders over multiple geographical locations.
