    ServiceNow has aligned our go-to-market strategies and plans to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, and expanded adoption of our key solutions. The Global Integrated Campaigns team is responsible for defining the Global Strategy from Brand to Demand to Loyalty for the ServiceNow workflows and bringing them to market. This team collaborates with product marketing, regional marketing, and local field marketing to ensure that they meet the market demands. This fun team of strategists and execution-focused individuals is intensely data-driven, collaborative, and high-energy. 

    ROLE

    This role takes the lead in orchestrating a cross-functional team of marketers to design and deliver targeted, integrated marketing campaigns to address market transitions, support Marketing and Sales motions, and align with specific metrics. This role will focus on market-leading topics and priorities - rapid response. Must demonstrate an understanding of market analysis, trends, themes, and personas to develop campaign activation plans. Campaign components will include understanding the buyer journey and developing and or recommending content assets and digital strategy.

    ServiceNow is seeking an experienced, innovative, data-driven, and highly motivated individual to develop, execute and continually optimize Global Integrated Campaigns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing and other functions to effectively strategize, plan, help -implement and measure integrated marketing programs that drive the business’s success and growth. The individual filling this role will have exceptional program management skills, along with expertise in and a passion for building and executing high-performing marketing initiatives.

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

    Campaign creation and planning: Work closely with the Sr. Director and key stakeholders and 3rd party agencies, develop highly effective end-to-end global campaigns (including but not limited to digital marketing, paid, and owned media, email, and direct mail programs, webinars, events, account-based marketing, etc.) aligned to the buyers’ journey and optimized to meet regional needs and pipeline targets.

    Strategy: Rapid response campaign strategy development, including communication calendar, personas mapping, customer journeys, content plans, content activation, lead programs, nurtures, and conversion through the funnel. Help define programs end to end and drive interlock with cross geo teams to support global goals.

    Personas: Work with product marketing and content teams to bring defined personas to life, working with marketing ops to help create segmented lists for the various customer journeys.

    Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with regional marketing teams to understand the needs of tier 1 markets and build or adapt programs to meet those needs.

    Content: Content creation and management to drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including digital, social, paid media, communications, operations, and more (including videos, infographics, eBooks, emails, white papers, displays, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, advertising collateral).

    Go-to-market programs: Consult with Geo teams who execute programs that span across marketing vehicles, including content, social, digital/media, email. Work closely with internal stakeholders, content providers, and 3rd party vendors to help execute where needed.

    Analytics: Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting. Manage a cadence of reporting, analytics and monitor program performance with a focus on optimization and driving quality pipeline.

    Qualifications

    12+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology industry with a solid ability to strategically develop integrated campaigns, programs, and activities.

    Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to high profile accounts that ensure success of an extended ecosystem, designed to scale

    Deep experience working with personas and mapping to the buyer’s journey.

    Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution of global, multichannel demand generation campaigns.

    Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.

    A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably Tableau.

    Self-starter with high energy, “can do” personality, and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

    Exceptional project management skills coupled with a particular desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.

    Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in innovative ideas and best practices, with an emphasis on integrated marketing.

    An enthusiastic team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience with Marketing automation and CRM systems.
