Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support the Pricing Strategy team. You will work on solving complex business problems by undertaking research, designing and executing analysis, and then driving results. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to accelerate our impact and directly contribute to our overall business strategy. You will lead a summer-long project culminating in a recommendation to pricing strategy leadership and stakeholders.

• Help develop strategic pricing strategies to optimize average selling price

• Help Conduct competitive and industry research to benchmark ServiceNow pricing and offerings

• Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process

• Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights

• Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output

• Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines
• Strong proficiency with synthesizing large data sets with Excel and other BI tools
• Ability to understand and model tradeoffs of pricing decisions
• Desire to learn and design pricing or marketing surveys such as conjoint analyses, A/B testing or equivalent
• Effective communicator with ability to present recommendations on pricing and monetization strategies to executives

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a hourly pay of $31.39, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
