    We are seeking an outstanding product attorney to join our legal team supporting ServiceNow’s rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams. This attorney will have a significant role in advising business teams and senior leaders on a variety of legal areas, including data governance, data privacy and security, and negotiating technology transaction and research agreements.

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients in the full range of product development matters.
    • Experience working in privacy, AI/ML or intellectual property matters is a plus.
    • Significant experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including SaaS and cloud computing areas.
    • A very strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information.
    • A self-starter able to prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment
