Overview
The Global GTM Programs team runs critical cross-functional initiatives that will improve how we sell to and serve our customers. As an Associate GTM Program Manager , you will support a lead GTM Strategist and Program Manager on cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing the GTM motion in either the Sales or Customer Success space. Your activities will include:
Running fact-based analyses employing internal data and qualitative sources of information
Conducting discovery research, including stakeholder interviews
Creating presentations, playbooks, or other deliverables that summarize key findings and recommendations
Communicating findings and actionable recommendations to diverse audiences
Working closely with cross-functional partners to assist in scoping program deliverables

Qualifications
We are looking for...
2 years in similar positions at fast-growing technology company / consulting firm
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Highly analytical and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity
Proficient in Excel to conduct analyses
Communicate clearly, concisely, & professionally in speaking & writing
Work collaboratively with a variety of diverse teams
Ask questions to learn from others’ experience
Welcome input from others & responds openly to advice & instruction
