    Job Description

    We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy professional to help explore and implement foundational AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. While this is not a traditional AI/ML engineering role, it will focus on enhancing workflows, user interactions, and process automation using early-stage ServiceNow AI tools. Note: This is a growth-oriented role. Direct experience with ServiceNow AI is not expected. We are seeking someone who is curious, adaptable, and capable of applying AI-enablement principles to business processes in a secure environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Explore and implement foundational ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, search optimization, and entry-level automation.
    • Assist in designing, refining, and guiding AI prompt logic and conversational workflows to optimize user interactions and system responses.
    • Collaborate with platform and operations teams to improve service response and user efficiency through innovative AI solutions.
    • Evaluate existing workflows and operations to assess where AI can add value, proposing use cases for future development and integration.
    • Monitor the outcomes and effectiveness of AI implementations, iterating on designs and strategies to enhance performance and accuracy in real-time environments.

    Required Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) — non-negotiable. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.

    • Familiarity with process automation, workflow optimization, or chatbot/virtual agent design.

    • Strong analytical and communication skills.

    • Willingness to learn ServiceNow AI tools and experiment with real-time applications.

    ** Preferred Qualifications**

    • Experience with ServiceNow (particularly Virtual Agent or Agent Assist) or other enterprise platforms.
    • Background in prompt writing, low-code/no-code automation, or digital transformation efforts.
    • Understanding of AI fundamentals, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and intent classification.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Virtual Agent Implementation Specialist are a plus, but not required.
