Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) to join our team in delivering tailored solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing applications—particularly within the Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility modules. You will collaborate closely with architects and analysts to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows that meet business and operational requirements.

• Implement automation and streamline asset management processes across SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility modules.

• Integrate external tools and data sources (e.g., SCCM, discovery tools) with ServiceNow to ensure real-time and accurate asset tracking.

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Technical Architect to ensure developed solutions align with enterprise architecture and best practices.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting features for asset lifecycle, license compliance, and usage monitoring.

• Support testing phases, including unit, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide post-deployment support and iterative enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SAM and HAM modules.

• Expertise in ServiceNow development tools and languages, including Glide, JavaScript, REST APIs, and flow designer.

• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external databases, platforms, and IT management systems.

• Understanding of secure coding practices and experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CMDB architecture and ITOM principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Agile development experience and use of version control systems (e.g., Git).
