Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) to lead the implementation and configuration of the Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that solutions are aligned with project requirements, promote operational efficiency, and meet regulatory compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy ServiceNow modules (SAM, HAM, ITOM Visibility) based on project scope and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration approaches for connecting ServiceNow with external systems and tools.
Develop and configure workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports to support comprehensive asset lifecycle management.
Execute thorough end-to-end testing to ensure solution integrity, performance, and user satisfaction.
Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), addressing feedback and ensuring system readiness.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower administrators and end-users post-deployment.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed modules.
Required Qualifications:
Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow applications, with demonstrated success in SAM, HAM, and ITOM modules.
Proficiency in configuring workflows, dashboards, and integrations in the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of system configuration, data modeling, and asset management best practices.
Experience supporting implementations in government or highly regulated environments.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management practices.
Experience in performing gap analysis and mapping business needs to ServiceNow capabilities.
