Position Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that align with IT asset management strategies. This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless integration, compliance, and performance across ServiceNow modules including Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architectural oversight of ServiceNow implementations in alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate asset management requirements (SAM, HAM, ITOM) into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Oversee integrations with tools such as SCCM and discovery platforms, ensuring CMDB data integrity.

• Evaluate and recommend module selections, balancing out-of-the-box capabilities with custom development when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols, data governance, and access control standards.

• Mentor and support project teams on ServiceNow architecture best practices and module optimization.

• Validate the development and deployment of workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, with a strong focus on SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility.

• In-depth knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), integration practices, and discovery technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in government or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Proven leadership in complex ServiceNow deployments.

• Familiarity with agile project environments and DevSecOps principles.

• Ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes.
