A highly respected professional services organization is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Leader to own the strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of its enterprise ServiceNow environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for platform health, solution design, integrations, automation, vendor management, and long-term roadmap planning. The position will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable platform solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Technical leadership or architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and platform governance
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are highly desirable
• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus

Location: Greater Boston area, hybrid schedule
