Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Development Lead to expand and enhance the platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SPM, and EA within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and customization across key ServiceNow modules
- Design workflows, integrations, and reusable components
- Promote configuration over customization to reduce risk and technical debt
- Build cross-module and external system integrations
- Ensure compliance with audit, access control, and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance on plugins, integrations, and AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules (including ITSM and IRM)
- Agile/SAFe and SDLC experience
- ETL/data integration knowledge
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred
- Experience with global implementations and financial services is strongly preferred
