Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Development Lead to expand and enhance the platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SPM, and EA within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization across key ServiceNow modules
• Design workflows, integrations, and reusable components
• Promote configuration over customization to reduce risk and technical debt
• Build cross-module and external system integrations
• Ensure compliance with audit, access control, and regulatory standards
• Provide guidance on plugins, integrations, and AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules (including ITSM and IRM)
• Agile/SAFe and SDLC experience
• ETL/data integration knowledge
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred
• Experience with global implementations and financial services is strongly preferred
