Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM & BCM Architect/Developer
Location: 1010 Park Ave #200, Baltimore, MD 21201 (Onsite)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM & BCM Architect/Developer. This onsite role will lead the design, development, and implementation of GRC/IRM and BCM solutions using best practices within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM and BCM modules.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and create functional ServiceNow features.
• Support data imports/exports, transform maps, and maintain update sets.
• Lead requirements gathering, process documentation, and Agile development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide guidance to the team and participate in discovery, design, and implementation sessions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of experience or Master’s degree + 10 years of experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and risk/audit processes.
• Solid understanding of Authority Documents, Citations, Control Objectives, and Campaigns.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and App Engine Studio with UI Builder.
• Strong background in workflow/process flow design and data transformation in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
• Business Continuity Management (BCM) Micro-certification
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow Data Import tools
• Prior federal or public sector experience
