About the Role:

iShare Inc is looking for a talented and driven ServiceNow IRM Consultant to join our growing team in Ontario, CA. Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules for clients

Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective GRC and risk management solutions

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, policies, and controls within the IRM framework

Collaborate with stakeholders to map risk and compliance processes to ServiceNow capabilities

Provide technical guidance and best practices on ServiceNow IRM, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules

Support testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM solutions

Deliver end-user training and create documentation for implemented solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules in a consulting or enterprise environment

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) preferred

Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, or COBIT

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development including scripting, workflows, and integrations

Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Experience with risk assessments, audit management, and policy compliance processes

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
