Certified ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) Consultant

Location: California (Remote)
Key Skills:

• ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes.
• Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation
