    About the Role

    We are hiring a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Mid to Senior Level) to join one of our strategic projects in the digital services space. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical experience in the ServiceNow platform, especially in IT Service Management (ITSM), and a drive for designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

    This is a remote position open to candidates located in the USA only.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITSM solutions tailored to business needs

    Customize core ServiceNow modules and implement enhancements including third-party integrations

    Translate functional requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with key stakeholders

    Create scripts, workflows, business rules, and custom applications to streamline IT processes

    Conduct unit testing, debugging, and quality checks to ensure performance and compliance

    Provide technical guidance and support on ServiceNow-related issues

    Maintain comprehensive documentation covering configurations, implementations, and procedures

    Keep current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline

    8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and solution design

    Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog

    Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and its practical applications within ServiceNow

    Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies

    Experience in scripting, integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and system configurations

    Excellent analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail

    Strong written and verbal communication, with a collaborative and client-facing approach

    Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification

    Preferred Traits

    Experience in Agile project environments

    Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or Performance Analytics modules

    Ability to mentor junior developers or contribute to architectural decisions
