Hiring: ServiceNow Platform Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience to design, configure, and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.

Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions, and integrations.

Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders.

Recommend scalable, upgrade-safe solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post-production support.

Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
