Job Description:

· Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and requirements traceability matrix.

· Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

· Validate workflows (e.g., Work Orders, Permits, AP integrations).

· Support in UAT execution and issue resolution.

· Maintain test evidence and compliance reports.

Qualifications

· 5+ years QA experience, with 3+ in ServiceNow testing.

· Familiar with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.

· Strong in defect management and UAT coordination.

· Experience in government/public sector QA projects preferred.
