Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a ServiceNow Dashboard/Reporting Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI, but work for this position can be done remotely in the United States.

Duties for this position will include working as part of a team maintaining, fine tuning and building new ServiceNow dashboards.

Required skills:

-ITIL v3.0 or 4.0 certification

-ServiceNow CSA certification preferred

-At least three years of experience building and maintaining ServiceNow dashboards and reports

-Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics including many of the following:

• Formula Indicators, Automated Indicators

• Indicator Sources Creation and Maintenance

• Indicator Scripts Creation and Maintenance

• Metric Scripts Creation and Maintenance

• Breakdowns and Breakdown Relations

• Indicator Data Collection Analysis

• Reports Creation and Maintenance

• Report Statistics

• Dashboard Creation and Maintenance

• Dashboard Statistics

The hourly pay for this position is in the $55-60/hr range.
