As a Technical Architect, you will define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations that will serve millions of students and families across the nation.

Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB
Proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Ability to mentor developers and analysts in ServiceNow best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
