About the Role:

Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange, CA as a ServiceTitan Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our service management software. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and configure ServiceTitan to ensure optimal functionality for all users.

Train staff on ServiceTitan features and best practices to maximize productivity.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations.

Implement and oversee data entry protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve service delivery.

Collaborate with various departments to integrate ServiceTitan with other business tools.

Stay updated on ServiceTitan updates and new features to enhance user experience.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding system usage and issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator or similar role in the HVAC industry.

Strong understanding of service management software and its functionalities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to train and support team members effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.

Relevant certifications or training in ServiceTitan is a plus.
