    TLC Electrical Services is a growing, 20+ year, home services company in DFW. We're looking for a seasoned Dispatcher/CSR to own our phones and our dispatch board.

    What You'll Do

    Answer inbound calls from homeowners and book the appointment

    Run the ServiceTitan dispatch board using DispatchPRO and SchedulePRO — making sure that the system is matching the right tech to the right job, minimizing drive time, keeping the schedule full

    Confirm appointments, ensuring the tech-on-the-way notifications are sent, and following up after each visit

    Convert quote calls into booked work and offer membership plans to create repeat customers

    Handle complaints with empathy and route to a manager when needed

    Keep ServiceTitan clean — accurate addresses, notes, customer history

    You're a Fit If You Have

    3+ years dispatching or CSR experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades)

    ServiceTitan fluency — you've run the dispatch board, used the capacity planner, and pulled performance reports. (Strong Housecall Pro or FieldEdge backgrounds considered if you can ramp on ST in week one.)

    A warm, clear voice on the phone — and the patience to keep it that way

    DFW geography in your head — you can route Plano to Arlington to Frisco without burning the day in traffic

    Sales instinct — you can ask for the appointment, overcome "I'm just calling for a quote," and sell memberships

    Computer comfort: Use of AI Agents, Google Drive/Docs

    Reliability — you show up every day, on time so you can own your position on our team

    What You'll Get

    $26–$30 per hour depending on experience ($54K–$62K annual base)

    Performance bonus tied to booking rate — strong performers earn $4,000–$6,000 extra per year

    Total comp opportunity: $58K–$68K
