WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support with weekly leadership dashboards in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Ensure company's OKR metrics are accurately reported and analyzed
• Improve the quality and consistency of data and data management
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure operational alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale the company's operations
• Conduct market research and drive insights
• Work with internal teams in supporting the broader company's efforts
• Process diverse sets of information to provide summary-level insights and recommendations
• Help identify opportunities for systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in Vendor Management platform’s analytical functionality
• Knowledge management and organizational productive
• Take ownership over projects
• **Provide operational support to the department

• Currently enrolled in an undergrad program with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a Business related field
• Ability to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders
• Passion for building a rocket ship startup, automotive industry, markets, and ServiceUp’s vision in modernizing the automotive industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Google suite (in particular google drive with spreadsheets)
• Demonstrate interest in learning new software/programming
• Good communication skills
