Servos is looking for a pre-sales Solutions Consultant to help us drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform.

You Are:

• A highly experienced ServiceNow Solutions Consultant with proven experience in both the pre-sales and solutioning with ServiceNow
• Packing at least 5 years of ServiceNow pre-sales and solutioning experience
• Client-centric with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long-standing partnerships
• Hold a minimum certification of System Administrator with a preferred CSM Implementation and Application Developer
• Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes
• An adventurer who wouldn't mind traveling up to 20% of the time

What You'll Do:

• Work with the sales team to qualify customer needs and develop solution proposals
• Lead and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solution architectures and roadmaps
• Collaborate with the delivery team to stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow developments
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance
• Participate in marketing and sales events
