This position is for Servpro Office Manager/Administrator who will be responsible for
Daily Operations Staff management Customer service for restoration and constriction projects Managing job files Support production crews to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Direct daily office operations, including coordinating staff schedules and overseeing job management software.
Customer Service: First point of contact for clients, handling calls and managing customer satisfaction.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, such as Office Coordinators, crew, etc.
Common Qualifications & Expectations
Experience: Previous experience in office management, ideally within construction or restoration service industries.
Skills: excellent communication skills.
Environment: Fast-paced environment often balancing multiple restoration jobs simultaneously
Some Xactimate knowledge is preferred Previous Servpro experience is preferred Knowledge of some industry common software is preferred
