Position Title: Server

Reports To: General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Position Summary:

All Session servers provide exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive to the time they leave but discussing the menu, answering questions, and taking drink orders. The server is always hospitable, providing exceptional customer service by trying their best to meet our guests’ needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a timely manner.

Develop rapport and discuss menu, drink options, etc.

Take orders and close tabs.

Serve drinks and routinely check in on customers.

Perform routine opening and closing duties.
