    Job Description

    In this position you will be providing the best experience to customers each day. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

    We are looking for an exceptional employee who can assist with developing the customer service position and take it to the next level. We are working towards creating a CRM system to better handle our clients and we require candidate to have some sort of experience with similar systems.

    Sesto Synergy offers healthcare for employees as well as a week paid time off after 6 months of employment. Our work week runs from Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

    We are looking for someone to be a part of our growing team who is motivated and wants to grow as an individual and as part of a team. This workplace requires employees to be on their toes and be adaptable to a changing environment.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • This position requires employees to be forward thinking and motivated to grow each day.

    • Candidate must have experience using a CRM system or similar.

    • Candidate must be very organized.

    • Candidate must be customer focused to give each customer the best experience.

    • Must participate in morning meeting presentations.

    • The position must be filled by someone who wants to look for ways to help improve tasks for a more efficient workplace.

    • Having a positive attitude each day is a must!

    Sesto Synergy was originally founded in the U.K. and moved to New York in 2017. We specialize in manufacturing custom wedding bands using exotic materials which are mostly processed in house. We are currently a team of 5 people, but the company is rapidly growing. We are heavily focused on employee culture and inclusion.
