Startup private equity company with aggressive team is seeking an Attorney with Business background to help develop their medical laboratory and solar energy assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• must be admitted to the Texas State bar
• Six Sigma and/or PMP certification 
• MBA (not required, but preferred)
• Accounting experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• have understanding of standard Business Operations and Contracts
• have understanding of business development
• have basic accounting skills (preferred)
• have time management skills

Our ideal candidate will be helping the companies and their principals with legal, operational and management functions.
