THE JOB:
Sales Manager
Aggressively pursue revenue goals
Achieve budgeted revenue and RevPAR targets
Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume
Develop and execute advertising programs within the GM guidelines and the approved budgets
Manage local sales efforts by conducting outside sales calls and prospects
Develop packages and promotions to build business
Ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with all community and civic organizations
Maintain excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends
Ensure efficient completion of assignments in a timely manner
Requires excellent communication skills and display good initiative
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must be able to work flexible shifts
