    We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

    Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission-driven environment, and a desire to build a career in the skincare industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly

    Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner

    Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers

    Maintaining a clean and organized salon

    Cleaning tanning beds and equipment

    Cash handling, opening/closing business

    Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma, or equivalent

    Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends

    Customer service experience

    Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals

    Proven customer service experience

    Polished professional appearance

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Attention to detail and organization

    Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
