You'll take your existing skills and build on them with full training, real-time coaching, and support from proven closers. You'll work the same storm damage insurance model—but you'll now run the entire deal from knock to close.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Knocking doors and generating your own leads
• Setting appointments with homeowners
• Running full inspections (we'll teach you how)
• Explaining our process and handling objections
• Writing roof reports and submitting digital contracts
• Following up and locking in deals
• Joining weekly sales trainings and huddles

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a setter or lead/appointment generator
• Strong communication skills and coachable attitude
