As a Settlement Agent with Title Fusion, you’ll manage real estate closings from open to post-closing, ensuring every transaction is seamless, compliant, and stress-free for all parties involved. Compensation: • $100,000 - $110,000 Salary, depending on experience • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Phone & gas reimbursement • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire real estate closing process from start to finish • Ensure compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements • Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, agents, and internal departments • Review completed title work and verify clearance items with the title department • Prepare and review ALTA statements and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) • Draft and explain closing documents (excluding lender docs) • Serve as a notary during closings • Help hire and support the training of additional closing staff as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Title Closer in Minnesota • MN Closing Agent license and Notary license required • Ability to read and understand title commitments, closing statements, and ALTAs • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Qualia or SoftPro is a plus • A growth mindset and willingness to give and receive feedback • Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for service Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly
