Settlement Negotiator (Personal Injury) – Full-Time, In-Office Sedaghat Law Group, APC Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)

Experience Required:
1–2 years of personal injury experience
Prior experience negotiating bodily injury claims preferred
Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Handle pre-litigation settlement negotiations from demand through resolution
Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate bodily injury claims
Evaluate case value by reviewing liability, medical treatment, and damages
Draft and send demand packages with supporting documentation
Consistently follow up with insurance carriers regarding demand status and offers
Strategically negotiate to maximize settlements while maintaining professionalism
Maintain detailed documentation of all negotiations, offers, and communications
Provide attorneys with case updates, settlement recommendations, and file status reports
Work closely with case managers, medical records, and demands teams to ensure files are fully developed
Identify cases that may need to be escalated to litigation
