    We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

    • Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary

    • Overseeing the performance of the recruitment team

    • Maintaining records

    • Creating new recruitment processes

    • Selecting the appropriate advertising methods

    • Informing team about the hiring techniques

    • Taking part in career exhibitions

     

    Human Resources Specialist requirements are:

    • Experience as a Recruiter and / HR Managment

    • Knowledge of the labor laws and screening

    • Familiar with MS Office

    • Knowledge of human resource principles

    • Effective communication skills

    • BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
