At Sew Sweet Minky Designs we sell all things Minky. We specialize in blankets. We were founded in 2016 and have quickly grown to be one of the largest seller of Minky Blankets in the nation. We also sell pillow cases, scarfs, and other minky items. One of the things that makes us special and unique is all of our items are sewn here in the USA and more specifically Utah. We have over 300 seamstresses here in Utah that we take great pride in offering them opportunities to make money on the side while they take care of families, go through college, etc. We are also especially proud of our sales teams where we offer a great balance to life while also allowing our sales people to make great money. We are also known for a sales force that while works mostly part time, they are sell with great intensity and passion.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO HIRE AN EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE OFFICER.

COMPENSATION:

• Negotiable with Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Managers to recognize their employees
• Develop and implement company incentives, competitions
• Work with managers to achieve greater levels of employee satisfaction
• Develop and create interesting ways to help motivate and inspire employees
