About the Role:

Join Granite State Sewer & Drain Cleaning Inc as a Sewer & Drain Technician, where you will play a vital role in keeping our community's plumbing systems running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency sewer and drain cleaning services using industry-standard equipment.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Utilize video inspection technology to assess the condition of sewer lines.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Assist in training new team members and share best practices.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
