About the Role:

ORF Home Inspections is looking for a skilled Sewer Lateral Scope Inspector to join our growing team in O'Fallon, MO! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in helping homeowners and buyers understand the condition of their sewer systems — delivering peace of mind one inspection at a time.

Responsibilities:

Perform sewer lateral video inspections using push-camera and lateral launch equipment

Identify defects such as root intrusion, pipe cracks, offsets, blockages, and deterioration

Document findings with detailed reports, photos, and video footage for clients

Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to agents, and clients

Maintain and troubleshoot inspection equipment to ensure optimal performance

Manage daily inspection schedule and travel to residential and commercial job sites

Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices on every job

Requirements:

Prior experience with sewer scope inspections, plumbing, or pipeline inspection preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify pipe defects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites

Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and meet deadlines

Professional, customer-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality service

Retired Plumbers is a plus
