Join Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling as a Sewer & Drain Service Technician in Charleston, WV

In this role, you’ll use your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset to diagnose issues, perform maintenance and emergency services, and deliver solutions that keep our community running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning and clearing drains and sewer lines
• Performing line locating and video inspections with recordings
• Collaborating with sales representatives to provide accurate information and customer options
• Maintaining sewer and drain machines, video equipment, and tools
• Delivering excellent communication and service to foster customer relationships

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate sewer and drain machines in various conditions
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition
• Provide your own basic hand tools
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends

Competencies for Success

• 1–3 years of drain cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Experience with cabling, jetting, and sewer camera inspections
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools and specialized equipment
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
