    Summary

    In this role, you will partner directly with our Digital Marketing team and CEO to create video content to live stream via various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for executing a range of technical production roles for live streaming and should be fluent in the operation of PC-based systems. This individual should possess a clear understanding of production workflows, from asset creation to studio operations. The candidate should have exposure to live broadcasting culture and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cultivates new communities and manages branded online communities on the company's behalf using Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media.

    Availability to work in any of our studio locations.

    Direct interaction and management of high-profile talent and guests.

    Perform studio maintenance and operation including lighting, set effects, cable management, and set aesthetics.

    Operation of wireless audio equipment. Management of audio equipment including multiple microphones and IFB's, preparing talent and guests with proper audio equipment as needed.

    Record, edit and upload videos.

    Interact with the community on socials and live streams, answering comments and messages.

    Setup all camera equipment and set design/props for weekly shows (will require lifting up to 40lbs and transportation).

    Coordinate with onscreen talent and marketing team to plan/promote shows on social media. Partners with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy. Ensures consistency of messages across multiple networks. Prepares reports to update internal staff on usage statistics. Continuously monitors coverage of all social media sites.

    Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major in marketing, journalism or new media.

    Language Skills

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.
