SewingMachinesPlus.com is hiring an on-site web content specialist to work in our Escondido location. We are looking for an individual, no development companies or recruiters. 401K & medical benefits offered.

Main responsibilities of this position will require:

Adding new products to our websites

Updating current product information

Restructuring current site flow so customer can find products easier

Adding add-on items to current products for cross sell opportunities

Merchandising products on our website to maximize sales profitability

Taking pictures of new products for our website

Using Photoshop to edit product photos and create banners for the websites

Creating print flyers for events/new products

The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of the following languages, software, & skills:

HTML, CSS, CSS Media Queries

Code editor program of your choice (Dreamweaver, Sublime, etc.)

FTP Programs

Photoshop (Removing backgrounds from product shots)

Ecommerce

Graphic design

Added skills that are a huge bonus but not required:

JavaScript/JQuery, PHP, SEO

Sewing Knowledge

CMS Experience with Shop Site
