About the Position We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in successfully opening and expanding franchises in new markets. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, along with a strategic approach to field operations and extensive networking abilities to drive the company's growth objectives. As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that exceed targets and achieve significant growth. You will utilize strong field strategies and networking techniques to generate leads and expand the company's presence in new areas. To support your efforts, we are committed to making a substantial investment in digital marketing and brand awareness. This investment aims to enhance your chances of converting leads into customers and further accelerate the company's growth. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the target market and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. * Utilize neighborhood marketing, canvassing, door-to-door sales, job site marketing, and commercial job site scouting to generate a strong pipeline of leads. * Follow up with leads promptly via phone and email, scheduling appointments and effectively closing sales. * Conduct on-site estimates and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
