We are seeking a Seeking Part Time IT Support And AV Integrator to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Running Wire and making terminations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Now above is a predefined template.  Let me put this simply.  Im looking for someone with common sense.  Can troubleshoot IT issues using Teamviewer and some onsite visits if necessary.  Track their work on Zendesk via ticketing.  Unifi knowledge a plus. You need to know networking.  Be a problem solver. NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO REINVENT THE WHEEL.  Need someone to run wire and make terminations.  

Hook up systems we install.  Now if you dont know all this stuff but you got common sense and the drive to learn it i can teach you what you dont know..  But you need to know something to start.
