Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and thorough full charge Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will provide a variety of accounting services, including creating monthly financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing distributions/royalties payments. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are vital to providing excellent customer service to our clients. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of professional accounting experience in either the public and private sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Bank Reconciliations, financial statement preparation
• Daily A/P; A/R and payroll
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 Years Previous experience accounting or Bookkeeping a must
• Processing 400-600 transactions a month a plus
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and financial statements
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
