Accounting Assistant needed for A/P & A/R Duties Job Duties include but not limited to: Auditing Import/Export Documents Post receipts Coding Invoices Inventory costing Monthly Reports Credit Rating Research and Reports to Management Wholesale and Retail Record-keeping. Various Errands. Qualifications: 2-3 years experience working in an accounting environment. Minimum AA or working towards BA in Accounting. Experience with import/export documents a plus. Positive attitude. Team player. A high level of personal professionalism. Good driving record. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM, with some flexibility.
