This position requires the candidate to accompany the owner and travel to job sites in the West Los Angeles area. Position Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone and email - Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to customers' concerns or questions - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need - Communicate with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients - Take detailed notes at project meetings - Obtain permits and licenses Position Qualifications: - Strong computer experience required: Excel, Word - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required - Positive and good working attitude The goal is for this individual to eventually work for our company as a Project Manager.
