Shake & Sales Specialist

Extreme Nutrition is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and sales-driven team member to join our team. This role combines customer service, supplement sales, and shake bar responsibilities, so we need someone who is comfortable talking to people, learning products, and staying busy throughout their shift.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people and creating a welcoming customer experience

• Able to start conversations with customers

• Is comfortable with sales and recommending products

• Is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Is willing to learn about supplements, nutrition products, and our menu

• Has strong communication skills

• Is flexible with scheduling and assigned store locations

• Has reliable transportation

• Can work independently without needing constant direction

• Has open availability, including evenings and weekends, preferred

Previous retail, sales, food service, gym, nutrition, or supplement experience is helpful but not required.

_Work Location / Scheduling

This role may require working at multiple Extreme Nutrition locations depending on staffing and scheduling needs._

Mid Valley applicants: shifts may be scheduled between our two Weslaco locations and our Mercedes location.

Harlingen applicants: shifts may be scheduled between our Tyler location and our Gentry Gym location.

Applicants should be comfortable traveling between the locations within the area they are applying for and should have reliable transportation.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, outgoing manner

• Help customers choose supplements based on their goals and needs

• Recommend additional products when appropriate

• Prepare protein shakes, smoothies, juices, and other menu items

• Learn product benefits, ingredients, and basic supplement categories

• Operate the register and accurately handle cash and card transactions

• Keep the store, shake bar, and displays clean and organized

• Restock products and maintain merchandise presentation

• Answer customer questions or find the correct answer when unsure

• Help create a positive, high energy environment in the store
