Shaker Recruitment Marketing is now accepting applications for our 2024 summer internship program. Our internship program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities that will help you build a strong foundation for your future career.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Intern to join our team for a 9-weeks in our Oak Park office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various creative department, including:
Assist in the development of marketing proposals across various channels, including job boards, digital, social media, creative for both traditional and digital solutions. With direction from the client service team will conduct outreach to internal resources and external partners to obtain accurate scopes and cost estimates.
Create and format client-facing documents such as presentations, proposals, research, etc.
Conduct labor market research as needed.
Audit and monitor customer career sites. Review for key areas as a quality assurance measure and to ensure our career sites are functioning as expected for their users; site loads, videos are working, content is loading, hyperlinks are valid, job search functionality is working properly.
Monitor and report on campaign dashboards. Regular quality checks and notification/escalation where required.
Post client jobs to both major and niche jobs boards; Indeed, ZipRecruiter and others.
Run financial reports.
Organize Microsoft TEAMS folders.
Attending agency training and development opportunities.
Participate in projects as needed.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a bachelor's degree
Availability to work 32 hours+/week in our Oak Park office.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive in asking questions.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Eagerness to learn, grow and develop; open to taking on new challenges and embracing new ways of thinking.
Duration and Schedule: The Internship program runs from June 3 – August 1 2024. This is a full-time in-person opportunity. Interns are expected to work Monday - Thursday from 8:45 am – 4:45 pm CST.
