JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable shampoo assistant to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting stylists and ensuring clients enjoy a relaxing and welcoming experience during their visit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients warmly
• Shampooing guests
• Assist stylists by prepping guests for services
• Fold towels
• General salon pick-up, sweep floors, dishes, clean color bowls, maintain color bar
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support overall flow and efficiency of salon operations
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cosmetology license or working toward one (preferred but not required)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
