Shanti Hot Yoga is Culver City's leading luxury hot yoga studio. Our mission is to help you find your Peace. We are looking for a Membership Sales Representative with sales experience (preferably in a health and fitness environment). In this active role, you will be finding and contacting leads in-person and through phone, marketing studio and all it's offerings in house and also help establish relationship with other businessesRequirements:- You have at least two years of experience working/selling products and services, preferably membership sales in wellness.- You are a team player who loves working in a team environment - You are a people person who genuinely loves to engage with people - You are passionate about Health and fitness, specifically Yoga and willing to learn more. - Most of the work is done online and in-person, therefore you are tech-savvy and highly organized- You are neat and enjoy cleaning (we have a cleaning support but there is still a lot of cleaning involved in a hot yoga studio environment)- Your attention to detail is immaculate- You are available for nights and weekends and holidays as those are our busiest times. -You're always on time-You have a very positive attitude-Take classes throughout each week to get to know all teachers and services offered by the studioBenefits:-Full time 40 hours per week-Hourly plus commission-Growth potential-Health Insurance Benefits after 90 days for full time employees-Retirement plan coming soon!
